This is the only Chick-fil-A that I come to. Service is always quick and the employees are positive, friendly, and seem to enjoy their jobs. Whenever Hannah waits on me she remembers my name and my usual order.
We were in Hampton for our AIM conference for the youth. My sis wanted some chicken noodle soup. Let's Go to Chick- fil- A. Went through the drive thru. Efficient as always. I needed an extra plastic bag; it was given with no problems. Thanks for the experience.
Typically the standard of the service industry and Chick-fil-A sets the bar so high that it's easy to see how bad the service industry is today except for them. I've only been to a couple of other bad Chick-fil-A's, but it is literally only two other locations and I've eaten there in several states from the mountain region to the East Coast.
