I recently had a horrible experience with Domino’s at the 602 LaSalle Ave, Hampton, VA 23668 location that left me completely frustrated and disappointed. The issue started with the delivery driver, Dennis Fleetwood, who refused to bring my order to the door and instead demanded that I come to the street to get my pizza. Confused, I asked why he couldn’t meet me at the door, and at first, he refused to answer, simply asking, “Do you want the pizza or not?”
At that point, I became frustrated and asked what the issue was. Dennis then claimed that they “couldn’t enter the building,” which made no sense because I was meeting him at the door—not asking him to come inside. Instead of listening, he continued to be rude, talking over me and refusing to communicate professionally. Then, out of nowhere, he called me “boy.” When I corrected him, letting him know that I was faculty and not a child, he dismissively responded, “You’re a boy to me.”
At that moment, I lost my patience—but despite my frustration, I never cursed at or degraded Dennis. I simply questioned why I should tip for service that wasn’t being fulfilled. His response? “I don’t care about your tip.” After this back-and-forth, I sent one of my residents out to grab the pizza, and even then, Dennis continued to give him a hard time.
When I called to report the situation, the first manager I spoke with was just as rude and dismissive, offering no customer service whatsoever. The second person I spoke with was the general manager, who did cancel my order, but it was clear she was just rushing me off the phone rather than addressing the real issue.
This entire experience was beyond unprofessional. No customer should have to deal with a delivery driver who is rude, disrespectful, and outright offensive. On top of that, management’s lack of concern shows a serious flaw in how this location operates. Domino’s corporate needs to reevaluate their customer service policies immediately because this was unacceptable on every level.

Poor ass customer service and they are ridiculous with their price if they know what they are doing 20dollars for a medium pan pizza and that's pick up I canceled my order
An hour after order status was still being prepared. Called the store lady was rude and didn't start my order yet wouldn't give a refund rather smart mouth. Always have the same excuse to the point I drove to the location and seen it was fully staffed but tell customers on the phone one person is working. This has been a known thing about this location and surprised it hasn't closed down by now. Investigations need to be done there ASAP

After three times of something going wrong with my order I can rate this location a 1. First time I ordered a pizza there was no delivery drivers so I was forced to pick my pizza up. Second time they sent me the wrong pizza. Third time they sent me a burnt pizza and informed me if I wanted another one I’d have to come pick it up.

40 to 50 minute delivery times only to wait over an hour when I ordered online through the app the driver did not move for 15 minutes when my food was delivered the food was cold and it was all clumped up in the corner of the box when I called to tell the manager about what happened she said it will be an hour and a half wait obviously I didn't wait an hour and a half and I took the pizzas back up there to her and got a remake in 15 minutes bad customer service they need to do better this is ridiculous they offered me a $15 credit I paid more for the pizzas then that credit would have offered me come on Domino's. And I still didn't get extra cheese on the pepperoni pizza smfh...

Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza, they delivered somebody else's order to me (a supreme pizza) instead. Needs a more competent staff or something.

On 07/24/2024 I ordered online a thin n crispy extra pepperoni, onion, ground beef. I get home and see it's burnt, both visually and by taste.
I called the store and encountered a male that had quite the Smart mouth. He said "You did order a thin n crispy" Whoa! What!
I know what I ordered. However I did not ask for it to be burnt nor did I ask for your smart mouth!!!!!!!!!
I went to the store and presented the burnt pie to a lady that addressed herself as the Manager because I was told to bring it back She was the ONLY female I seen so it could've been any one of the guys in the store. She said she'd speak to the employee. I asked her to bring him to the counter so I could speak with him and she declined as she should.
The way the 2nd pizza was made is the way the 1st should've been made. Customers kick businesses to the curb for stuff like this.
I enjoyed my pizza because the sausage was robust with flavor.

They are rude and don’t want to deliver to a certain area and it’s not fair to actual paying customers! They Company needs to do better this ridiculous and very disappointing!
