Staff doesn’t follow orders. Specifically asked for no egg and an everything bagel; yet I got a plain bagel and an egg (which I don’t eat ). Had I not noticed I wouldn’t have gotten half my order because the workers there don’t communicate with one another as well.

Dunkin’ Donuts never ceases to amaze me in the sense that I pay so much money for a drink or a snack and it always taste kind of cheap or taste very stale. The employees are always sweet and super inviting and I never have any issues with them, but I will say the counters to the Dunkin’ Donuts could be cleaner because there is food being made, and you can see all the spilled coffee and stuff all over the counters but other than that, it’s a really really nice store

I mostly get the mango pineapple lemonade refresher. Very yummy. Coffee and donuts are also a nice treat.
I have been to this location hundreds of times. The service is hit and miss but it’s Hampton, and customer service seems to have been forgotten sometime in the last 5 years in most service industries. One hour after drinking my coffee and muffin, I became sick to my stomach, had to leave work. Never again.

This Dunkin is inside the nastiest gas station in all of Hampton. The parking lot is overrun with garbage, the bathroom needs Hazmat to come in and clean it. The store is so dirty, I can't imagine what it is like behind the Dunkin counter. Save yourself a trip to the ER and get your coffee and donuts somewhere much cleaner!
