I ordered from the Firehouse Subs app and had a great experience! I recommend getting toppings that hold moisture, like lettuce and tomatoes, on the side if you’re not eating right away to keep the bread from getting soggy. If you’re eating immediately, definitely get them included—so fresh and tasty! The wait was short, and the employee went above and beyond by bringing my order outside without me even asking. That’s top-tier customer service! The bread was perfectly...

I love these subs but today's service at this location was very off...No hello when I walked in and I had to ask to be waited on then it took 15 minutes for my 1 sub order with Noone in the store except me..Work on customer service at this location

I walked in there was only 2 workers. The workers was working very hard between walk-ins and door dash orders. I waited until the had a little break in orders. I order 2 hook and ladder combos medium. My order came up too about $30. The wait wasnt too long. Overall a good experience for only 2 people working.
