The customer service I have received today this morning was very unprofessional. I ask Jacqueline (cashier # 444838) if I can get a curtsey water, she got upset slammed her hand on the counter and shut door. So I let her know I no longer want the water. After receiving my food and me and my mom go to pull off I look through the window she flicked me off. We went inside spoken to the manager she was so unprofessional as well and just gave me 2 cups and told me get my water. I was extremely disappointed. I never get a bad experience going to Hardee’s and today this morning the energy in the building was very off. Everyone was standing up front with they arms a tossed, attitude and just look unhappy.

I went to the drive through and I ordered 4 biscuits they didn’t give us our receipt and told us to pull up after 15 minutes of waiting I went inside the lady said they only had three biscuits in my order and had no idea how long it would take to get my other biscuit so after almost another 10 minutes of waiting we got our food wrong and left. Fast food not very fast

The associate that helped me seemed to be in a horrible mood. The associate was not rude or anything like that just seemed to be worn out completely and not in a positive mood.

VERITAS

With the rest of us retirees use to enjoy a sit down breakfast and socialize at old location on big bethel road. This place; no way. It's like eating at the soup kitchen with the homeless who camp out there. Owner; save your canned apology or need to call. JUST FIX IT!!!

Just almost always a bad experience I don’t know why we go here. It’s like we wait a while go back and it’s still bad service. Went today and the young lady at the window took my phone for payment, gave me my phone back, handed me the bag of food that’s soaked in grease all around the bag, handed me my drinks, and then closed the window in my face. My heart sank cause it’s just an ugly bad vibe that I got. I feel like I did something wrong literally. There was no good morning, repeat of the cost for the food, or thank you have a nice day. I like to say hello and thank you to people. So I just don’t get it. I called spoke to someone who said she’s supposed to say good morning smh. She said she will call her boss and tell her. I work in management and I told her there is no way that would be allowed. Should’ve went to chic fil a. There was a ton of ketchup and jelly that would be thrown away and is just wasteful. I didn’t even ask for condiments though it’s nice to put a couple in. But it was a bunch and the hash browns were mushy and greasy thrown in disarray in the bag. Wrappers on the biscuits were soaked in grease so imagine getting food out of that bag. I wish they would make an effort to improve their customer service. I can come in and overhaul the place. Business would be booming. Keep it up mark my words yall gonna be out of business

literally the worse experience ever. As someone who works in customer service, how hard is it to say Good morning or a how are you? She looked in my face and didn’t say nothing. Got the food which is so greasy it’s going through the bag. Then she shut the window. No communication at all. The food was also thrown in the bag, I ordered 3 hash browns and most of them were out of the packaging. Do better
