Second time, bad customer service... Young gentlemen with short cornrows that always in drive thru...He acts like he doesn't want to be at work and has disrespectful in the past... The other gentlemen that took my order had great customer service but didn't apologize for my order, not being correct...Didn't say have a good day or anything... These young people working in these fast food restaurants have no customer service skills..Will be the last time I come this location... I'll go to the one on Mercury Blvd...

This place should choose more wisely of the employees they decide to work the drive thru and represent their company. Worst experience I've ever had. The food was sloppy and undercooked but I can even overlook that.

Cold food, the clerk kept getting our drinks mixed up, and the did not put our desserts in the bags. She was also about to short change me $5. Thankfully, I always count my money. I don't understand why the food was cold when they have a grill. Those burgers and fries should have been piping hot from the grill, but I had to reheat everything when I got home.

I got the wrong order. I ordered an omelette biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese wrap. When I got home I had a sausage and egg biscuit and hash rounds. I know I should've checked my order before driving away but I didn't.

I went there to order a chili dog and used a coupon for the order, plus some French fries.
I travel for work often. Drove 4 hours to get there and I always look for a Hardee's first, it's my favorite. This place here had the whole crew super pretty ? I thought I walked into a music video ?. I hope work sends me in this town again.

The girl at at the window touching and playing in her purple braids while handling food and getting fries without washing hands I stayed in line for or 30 minutes when I received my food it was cold and old the double cheese burger was hard as a brick I was in front of someone else parked to the side for longer than the 30 min I been waiting This is ridiculous normally when I come it’s better and faster services I would never recommend this Hardee’s to anyone
