I'm assuming you deleted my last review so I'll post it again. Thanks for giving me the wrong order on DoorDash and then not even apologizing when I called. You put shrimp in my food which I am allergic to, no straws, napkins, sauce and NO customer service. Oh and it was cold, I live 4 driving mins away. NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN. Have a terrible day.
I ordered uber eats at 12:30 for hours drivers would go pick up and wait and leave. At this point its going on 3 o clock so I called they put me on hold immediately. TODAY MY HUSBAND HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE HERE:
During my husband’s lunch break he places an online order and comes to pick the order up from your store.
When he arrives Robin is on the phone with a customer talking to him in a condescending, disrespectful, rude and hostile manner. When she gets off the phone, she tells the cooks in the back NOT to cook the order she just sent to the back and to wait until the customer comes in.
