Ham and cheese sandwich was rather pitiful. It was melted Swiss, a small bit on half the sandwich and a piece of deli ham folded in half. And for to-go orders, the stickers to cover the straw/lid area are probably old. Too sticky and was a mess trying to remove and wound up with some paper in my drink. Otherwise, the hot dog and fries were good.
Store and General Manager Pam Whitaker has been a staple of courtesy and good customer service skills for approximately 30 ( thirty ) years. She is one of the hardest, if not the hardest working woman I have ever seen. Her dedication, stamina and service to her community needs to be recognized and honored. I believe that it is high time that the Management at Hardees LLC give honor where honor is due before she retires from the job that she has so diligently served during these...
The management culture here seems very emotionally intelligent! During a busy moment, a younger employee pointed out a problem caused by a reasonable miscommunication, and the manager's immediate reaction was to guide the employee through solving the problem. Zero sign of irritation or distraction over the circumstances.
