We attended the lounge to celebrate a birthday April 11, 2024. We ordered a section & bottle. It took 45 mins to bring the bottle to the table. The servers or mangers didn't greet us.The employees did not make sure to verify if the actual bday girl was out there to enjoy the bottle service being brought out. Half the party went to the bathroom because it took so long to brought out. Lastly,the sign only said "HBD" , not happy birthday and not with the bday girls name on it.Then at the end of the night brought the bill to the bday girl. It's tacky . Would not recommend this spot for parties. If you pay for a service you want to receive Excellent service! I did not!

Crystal was very professional and I had called for a reservation the first time and it was an hour and a half wait so I told her that we were going to go somewhere else. She was still polite and told me she hoped I enjoyed my brunch. Then a few minutes later I got an incoming call...it was Crystal. She had some tables move reservations around and now had an opening. She took the time to find my number and call me back with the available seats. Upon arriving she had held the table for me and we were seated immediately. Service was fast and accurate and food was wonderful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Crystal!

I’ve been to Karma a few times now and each and EVERY time is a vibe the food is always amazing & the dj is always vibing he’ll make you want to get up & move your feet lol . The bartenders & waitresses are always pleasant even security is pleasant which is rare nowadays my favorite bartender is Buggin she’s always so pleasant and friendly moves quick & always my go to bartender when I visit karma ! Overall great experience each and everytime !

I heard a lot about this place and the vibe. My bartender Buggin was dope as hell and made sure I had a great time! So I came here 3 times within a few days and the only complaint I have is the time limits on the tables BUT at the same time I understand why it’s LIT ? as hell on a good night. My first time here I had the lamb chops Mac and cheese and collards so good then I came for happy hour 2days in a row I had the steak medallions and calamari. The next time I had asparagus and lamb chops again. The drinks ? were sooo delicious as well

I found this restaurant off of TikTok and wanted to come here ASAP! Luckily my friend wanted to celebrate his reenlistment so we went for some drinks. The place was aesthetically pleasing, but small. Luckily when me and my friends went on a Friday night, it wasn't packed. I think because this place is fairly new so no one really knows about it yet and maybe because, and this is just my source being from the TikTok I saw, this place only always males age 25+, but females still can get in from only being 21. Again, my source is from TikTok so I'm not too sure. I wasn't able to verify at the time I went because my whole party was over 25 years old. If you like rap, this lounge is for you! While I do like some rap, I'm more of an RnB girlie, so it wasn't really my type of vibe. I was hoping the DJ would mix up the music selection but he stayed consistently on rap the whole night. It kind of gave man cave to me because not only was the music just rap, but they were playing basketball on all the tvs. I feel like the aesthetic of the club can really come altogether if they played music videos instead. While there were some people dancing and enjoying themselves, a lot of people were just standing around or sitting down trying to talk while loud music was playing. It was kind of cringe because the DJ kind of called out how dead it was by announcing every 20 min "When is someone going to pop open a bottle?? Damn!" or something along the lines of trying to get everyone up and moving... because no one was really moving... I only had one drink (Delusion) and MAAAAAYNE THAS LIQUOOORRRRR! It was a small drink in a small plastic cup and it had just a stem of mint in it. The drinks had no athletic at all lol! It was a very strong drink and I was slowly sipping it in the duration of the stay. Our server was cool but it felt like it took a long time for her to come check in on us. But I don't blame her, usually clubs and lounges are slow because there's so many people they have to cater to. We really didn't stay long. We stayed for like an hour and a half and called it a night. I think we all just equally weren't feeling it. My friend that has been there a couple times has said that the turkey legs are good and they do have RnB nights. Unfortunately it's on a weeknight. I might come back for an RnB night if it's on a weekend or I guess if I'm off on a weekday. Overall, not for me. But again, if you love rap music, you should give it a shot. Cuz again, there were some people who were having a good time. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take any pics. The majority of the lounge was stand off ish and I felt like trying to take an interior picture would make people uncomfortable. And the drinks were not even cute for any pics.
