THIS IS THE WORST KFC IN THE CITY OF HAMPTON! THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT ARE VERY RUDE AND NASTY. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES TO CORPORATE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. THEY JUST NEED TO SHUT THE WHOLE RESTAURANT DOWN.

The customer service was horrible. This is on march 12 2025 and 332 hours. We were on lunch break and when we pulled up to the drive through window 2 female associates began to fuss at the driver of the vehicle because he was unlocking his debit card. (Mind you there is nobody behind us.) We were apparently interrupting a personal conversation they were having. As soon as we got our food she once again began to fuss when he was locking his card back. (And once again nobody behind us.) The only reason I didn’t prompt for a refund was because I was afraid of my food being messed with out of spite. Those 2 workers were horrible. I’m giving a 1 star only because it doesn’t allow me to choose zero.

To the colored lady in drive thru, if you dont want to provide customer service, don’t come to work. You get paid for the customer service. I have worked in drive thru but try not to be rude. Rude drive thru employee with attitude.

Got an attitude with me cause they don’t sell wings lol I just wanted three wings and a biscuit. I was told they can’t do that. With no explanation lol then I asked if I could buy one wing and was told “we ain got none to give” didn’t offer a wait time or anything. Then when I got to the window I wanted to ask why I couldn’t and she just ignored me lol but these are the same employees who feel they need a raise smh

Customer service is trash and workers are rude. I canceled an order due to a worker talking ing with a rude mouth.

I tried canceling my order in the KFC App but the app doesn’t allow you to cancel. I tried calling and their customer service and their workers barely knew English and were hard to understand. But they said I should get my refund after 3 business days.

3 business days have passed and I still haven’t received a refund or an email about the refund. Had to put in a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I live down the road and have been here multiple times. I don't know why I ever come back. The beefy 5 layer burrito is ALWAYS empty. Today it was literally tortilla inside another tortilla. 6$ for rolled tortilla.
