The food was okay, but the service has been horrible all three times I've gone there. If rather go out of my way to get food from another location then deal with the unprofessional staff there.

The worst service I have ever received. Today, my order included two sides of mash potatoes (and several other items of food). One of the mashed potatoes was totally dry. This was very obvious if you just looked inside the mashed potato cup. But when I brought it up to the representative, without even looking inside the mashed potato cup, the store representative dismissed my complaint and told me that they always put the right amount of everything.

So I asked for the manager, but the manager just listened to her employee and did not want to even bother to look inside the cup.

The funny thing was that they did not even want to even give me a receipt.

When I called the customer service, the people at the store did not want to provide me the information that customer rep was asking me. They people at the store told me they don't care about customer service people. The people at the store really seemed not to care about anything.

Very sad place and definitely a place to avoid.

Asked for a honey mustard with my chicken little combo and was told “no …they only come with tenders” . I proceeded to ask if I could pay for a sauce and the rude black lady said no . Idk what it is but they are simply miserable . I also overheard her being nasty with someone on the drive thru while taking my order . If you hate your job just get a new one .

They never came to the speaker. Only went because I worked late and needed something on my stomach. I had stopped going to this location years ago. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They will NEVER get good business with the people they have there.

I went in on my lunch break around 1 pm on a Friday to order Taco Bell. There was one other customer (a black woman)there waiting for her food. The drive thru employee ( a black girl) walked up to take my order and I asked for a chalupa and she told me that they didn't have Taco Bell only KFC. Then she walked away while I was in the middle of ordering and another lady ended up taking my order. The 5 people behind me (all black) then ordered Taco Bell. My food came out and I asked how are they ordering Taco Bell if I couldn't? The lady in front of me got her order which was also Taco Bell and the rude employee said her manager wasn't there and that's why I couldn't get Taco Bell. Even though the lady in front of me did. She was extremely rude and I asked for a refund. She told me I couldn't have a refund but then the manager did end up refunding it and shoved my money at me. I then re ordered Taco Bell. While I was waiting (around 20 minutes for them to make it) another customer came in complaining that his food was wrong and drove all the way home before noticing. The rude drive thru employee snatched his food out of his hand and threw it in the trash. He looked at me and said wow service definitely isn't what it used to be. I told him my situation and he said the same girl was rude to him. I finally get my order and the cheese was completely runny like water and tasted strange like there was chemicals in it. The potato taco I ordered had only 5 potatoes on it and a few shreds of lettuce no sauce or anything else. The chalupa was put on a burrito wrap and was mostly only tomatoes. The rude black girl in the drive thru went back in the kitchen while my food was being prepared and I'm 100 percent sure she put some kind of cleaner in my food. I was not given a receipt either and she did not have a name tag so nothing I can do about it. I threw the food away and did not eat it. I videoed the whole thing and I will be filing a police report after work. She was rude and racist and only treated the black customers with respect and definitely put chemicals in my food. I wish there was an option to add photos so I could warn other white customers about her

This location is completely unacceptable, and I strongly urge others to avoid it.

I visited around 9 PM on a Friday night—what should be a peak time for service—and was shocked to find that the only food available was chicken nuggets. When I politely asked whether more food was being prepared, the employee at the drive-thru responded with open rudeness and a dismissive attitude.

This isn’t just about low food inventory—this is a reflection of a serious lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic operational standards. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers or even maintaining a minimum level of courtesy.

It’s no surprise this location has a Google review score of 2.3, which clearly reflects ongoing issues that management has failed to address. Based on my experience, that rating is well-deserved.

I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others do the same. I hope corporate leadership steps in to take immediate corrective action before this location damages the brand further.

Keep on asking for the bathroom they will tell you it busy especially if you are white keep on asking till they open it . There is no one in the bathroom.

Went to do pick up and I had to 15 minutes for the order and I ask if I could uses the bathroom and they said someone is in there . I wait 20 mins ask again they said . I just let someone in there to use the bathroom when I was standing outside of the rest room and no one came in or out .
