Its absolutely asinine that I had to drive across town to another KFC to get a two piece dark combo that comes with a leg and thigh. All I wanted to do was substitute the thigh for another leg and I was rudely told no I cant do that. This ain't the first time I have come into this establishment and received rude customer service. If it wasn't for consumers yall wouldn't have a job. These employees need a customer service refresher course. At this rate yall are going to keep losing business. SMH.

If I can give this place zero stars I would they never answer the speaker. My food is always bad. Service is forever and everybody is so rude. They should shut this place down. I’ll go at 7 o’clock knowing that they open nobody wants to talk to me on the speaker. I sit there for 10 minutes.

I went into the location yesterday evening around 7:30pm 8:00pmasked the lady is I could get two breast and a wing combo. The lady a the registered ask the manager if they had breast the manager a short darkskin lady face was all balled up as if she had an attitude and said i don’t know. Then she said only one breast. So I said will you all be making any more chicken the cashier said that chicken is fresh I said on it’s fresh but you only have 1 chicken breast. So I asked her what are you going to tell customers when they come in wanting a chicken breast since you are basically saying your not going to make anymore due she walked off on me. I just feel like if you don’t like your job then quit I am a paying customer all I wanted was some chicken. The parking lot was completely empty and now I see why because the customer service at this location sucks

Do not eat here. They talk to you like you're their children. Very unprofessional and demeaning. Completely disregard for customer needs. When you attempt to communicate with them they put you on pause and negate what your concern is. And even threaten you when you make your concern to be known.

I'm in aw every time I visit this location because the people working there are very polite, kind and don't scimp me on my portions. Other locations can learn from these people.

Ordered Taco Bell burritos and crunch wrap supreme. Worst experience we have ever had with Taco Bell.
Rice was crunchy and hard in every item. Difficult to eat and would hurt your teeth.
Crunch wrap was basically empty of fillings. It was a tortilla and shell with the tiniest amount of beans and toppings we have ever seen and no cheese at all. It was basically flat. Paid over $5 for essentially a tortilla and it was burnt.
We will not return to this Taco Bell. If you are the owner of this store, you have a lot of work to do to improve quality.

No CHICKEN NOBODY ANSWERING the phone after 8PM....store closes at 11pm
This location needs to be SHUT DOWN after 5pm U cannot get service why pay employees that are just sitting around on phones ,playing ,closing the store HOURS AHEAD OF TIME I will be contacting corporate after the numerous experiences!!

I had to wait an eternity to get my order and to even place my order nobody was in the restaurant when I ordered and only 1 car in drive thru but they were to busy playing to make the orders food was decent and hot I guess portion of Chicken on the cassadilla was a bit small for taco bells portions as well

The service at this KFC was absolutely terrible. The attitudes of both the window attendant and the cook were unprofessional and completely unacceptable — the only person who showed any courtesy was the cashier, who was actually helpful and polite. My biscuit was flat, hard, and inedible, like the top of a stale biscuit. Something definitely needs to be done about the staff (aside from the cashier), because this location is consistently a problem. Management either needs to seriously step up and improve the quality of employees and food or shut this place down for good. Pembroke deserves better than this.

Every. Single. Time. I come to the drive thru I'm told I have to come inside to order. When I ask why the lady just acts rude. The staff here is utter trash and the reason this place will be closed soon. I really wish whoever owned this location would come see what's going on here.

Honestly, while the food is good, the service isn't great, not a pleasurable experience, I would rather go to a different KFC than here and I would not recommend this place for horrible customer service, I do not recommend this place.
