I just want to give a special thank you to Jasmine the General Manager and her partner Raj for doing everything they could to resolve an issue that wasn’t even pertaining to their locations. It was with the Newport News location. I normally order from the Hampton location but I was not in the area. I have always received great customer service from the Hampton location. First impressions count! I ordered online (for here) for the first time and set it up for pickup after I get off work. Anyway, I must've got distracted by pictures of delicious, crispy pepperoni on the site prior to ordering that i didn’t realize I failed to add pepperoni to my order. My dad is always talking about how good Marco's Pizza is. I saw an ad on Facebook for $8.99 medium one topping and it was the perfect time on a nice Friday afternoon to try it! Now I understand LOL. The crust is perfectly seasoned and there's such a nice fluffiness to each slice. Tastes very fresh and I did one mushroom and one onion.
