Pleasantly surprised!I'll preface this by saying that I do not do McDonald's. I avoid it like the plague. I was in Hampton with my family and was in a hurry to get back onto the interstate. It was approaching rush hour. The kids were hangry and acting like it. We went to four restaurants that were all closed?Our last ditch effort to not be in the car with a two-year old, and a four-year old, who were having an existential crisis owing the the certitude of starvation was this McDonald's...I can say that this location was the best McDonald's I've seen in my 38yrs..The building and property were well maintained and clean. Even the bathroom was spotless.Ste associate that helped us was a gem. She was a sweetheart to our boys. They brought our food to the table.The order was correct! No single issue. They even included sauces that we'd forgotten to ask for. The food was freshly and quickly prepared. The food was good!My only regreat is that our McDonald's in Va Beach, by orders of magnitutde, pales in comparison.Well done!And, thank you for turning our hungry little monsters back into sweet little boys for our trip home.Best regards,-B

I get that this is fast food, and expectations are already low, but every visit to this location is strenuous. How tauntingly difficult is it to read a screen and put an order in a bag. This location is infamous in my orders too be forgetful.

I tried to DoorDash from this McDonald's and I placed my order at 9:15 PM. I was supposed to get it By 945. 11:15 PM rolled around and I finally called the McDonald's immediately somebody picked up and just started screaming. We closed we closed we closed we closed before I could get a word out. Keep in mind. I ordered 45 minutes before the store closed. Never got my order

Kiosk doesnt accept any type of payment, had to finalize with a cashier. The 2 for 6 is a decent deal. Always happy to hear "Its my pleasure" ?

I work close by so it is an option for breakfast or lunch, but my order has been wrong more than it has been right. Seem to always get parked at the drive through, but the people that bring the food to me parked are very pleasant. Just check your order before you pull away.

This def isn't cheap fast food anymore. Employees are rude, staff is creating drama in the back. Also since when did fast food mean waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins... also it was cold. Won't be back.
The fries were hot and fresh.But my burgers, apples, and nuggets were old or possibly over cooked. I liked the giant digital menu on the inside where you can place your orders.

Mistakes happen, but some mistakes just shouldn’t happen. Like finding out my Big Mac is missing its meat after crossing tunnel traffic so now I have to waste 30 more minutes of my life going back in traffic. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future. The guy that took my money was friendly at least . Don’t trust that you’ll get what you paid for here. Verify before leaving. No apology but they did give me a new sandwich.
