I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on Mallory Street in Hampton! The staff was excellent from start to finish—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The manager was especially kind and welcoming, which really stood out. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very hospitable atmosphere. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. And they were super nice to my kids

We came to the McDonalds to grab a quick breakfast at the drive through with quick and pleasant customer service, but the reason I felt moved to leave this review was the fact that they went above and beyond!

I ordered my food through the app. Once I completed and sent my order, there were 3 vehicle customers at drive-thru... BUT when I got my order, the drive-thru window had cleared a total of 5 cars. I thought orders were made and completed in the order in which it was received. And there was a good 3-4 mins after the 5th and last customer left drive-thru!!!!
