The attitude of the manager or lead person was and has been on multiple occasions has been very poor. This person seems indifferent to customers concerns and has no sense of urgency you'd expect in a fast food chain such as McDonald's; especially when their are cars backed up and apparently the drive up windows headsets are not working. No one at either windows informing the customers who are just waiting in limbo.

I was at the locationfor over an hour and one of the employees was walking around talking on FaceTime the whole time. I told him to just hang up the phone and he claimed he could work and FaceTime simultaneously... This was at the same time he was trying to find the order of another man and myself.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on Mallory Street in Hampton! The staff was excellent from start to finish—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The manager was especially kind and welcoming, which really stood out. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very hospitable atmosphere. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. And they were super nice to my kids
