“I’ve had differing experiences at Panda Express, more of them not so stellar than otherwise. So I didn’t have any high expectations when coming here on a late evening. I’ve never been to this Panda Express in Hampton until now. But the food was actually something we really liked. Our entrees were well made and pretty fresh. In any case, it exceeded our expectations.“
