“When I come to this panda usually my order is correct. Today it wasn’t. It’s ok we are all human. I come back to the restaurant explain and get it straightened out. Robert saw me walk in and immediately came to help me. Heard me out. Then proceeded to make my intended order. He explained that the lunch rush was overwhelming so there may have been mistakes. I was thankful that someone like Robert was there to fix my problem. Some of the best fast food customer service I’ve received.“
“Best panda express location we’ve been to in 5 years of living here, workers are nice(Ashley, David, Vlad, Caesar, and their manager Mr. Noy ESPECIALLY). The food was the best we’ve had at panda express and it was actually a clean location. Low expectations mean pleasant surprises, but this was seriously pretty nice !!!“
