I ordered the cajun honey fried chicken w/ corn fritters and greens and for the appetizer alligator bites. Every was delicious and cooked to perfection the gator bites could use less salt but other than that I recommend the food. I did however take a star off because I waited an hour before leaving to pick up(DoorDash time) when I got there they told me 5 more minutes and that turned into 30 minutes…… every unacceptable the wait time
Just left Roux Raw Bar & Grill — a black owned, black operated, black CHEF’d 🔥 spot. It was our first time trying it and we decided on the crawfish etouffee 🦞 raw local oysters 🦪 + kids meal and drinks. EVERYTHING WAS DELISH!

Went there for the first time last week and Chop is the man! The catfish with the yams and okra was hot and fresh! The guava drink was delicious and we got topped of as soon as the drinks were low. The hospitality was very well received and genuine. Can't wait to check out brunch and to enjoy more great food!! Also looking forward trying out the desserts whenever they come back online!!!
