Sal's was always good. Haven't ordered for a few months until today. We got 2 salads and a wrap(delivered). No directions were followed and no dressings at all. Tomatoes looked like they were old and they threw a handful of mushrooms on the house salad. Not good. Basically we threw away $$

Place was dead and I can see why, placed an order for pickup through door dash, time said 620 for pickup got there @ 625 and food still wasnt ready. The blonde at the fromt dest was rude and snarky. Had to wait an additional time on my food(fine) when she brought out my food she threw it on the counter and was flat out rude with me when I asked them for my bottled soda I paid for she looked back at the case and rudely said "well cans are all we got" I'm sorry but can we do something to fix this problem . I love the food here but not the service. And if shes the face y'all wamt working front of store for you then I will no longer be spending my money at your establishment

The clerk taking phone orders is rude & did not give the orders correctly. Said exactly how I wanted the subs & everyone was missing something. When going cross town to pickup it was just easier to say you've lost my business!!

I called in my order, 5 wings and a slice with pepperoni and sausage. Stated 10 minutes. Arrived to pick up my order 20 minutes later and it was not ready. It wasn't ready nor was it what I ordered. Come on dude, I would like to post something positive but this is bunk.

RIP off!! This is the 5th time, I know shame on me! Ordered pizza paid ridiculous amount for extra topping and recieved my pizza with barely any of one of the toppings, even went as far as specifically asking for a decent amount of topping due to previous bad orders. Still got s**** I will NEVER order from this place again. I guess their business is so good they can afford to lose customers...buh buye!!

We our out of state wanted to eat in but their no dine in so we ordered to go and the pizzas was huge great pizza I highly recommend them

Burger was raw on the inside. Didn’t realize it until my son was almost done and his dad happened to ask for a bite.
Usually great food but tonight awful. Ordered slice with 5 garlic wings and fries. Got garlic knots with sauce and cheese, wings on Parmesan cheese. Been calling back and no answer. Will be returning for refund. Big disappointment

I used the slice app to order. Was IMMEDIATELY called to tell they didn't have pepperoni? Really? A pizza place with no pepperoni? So I still ordered the pizza since I would have gone through a bunch of BS to get my money back. I put the order in at 6:15PM for a 7:00PM pick up. APP says order ready at 7:00PM. I get there and they're telling me they JUST got my order that it would be 15 minutes. This is CRAZY BS and I'm not a happy camper. IF I can find a corporate number I WILL be contacting them

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered food from here and got it delivered. It took over an hour and I stay less than a mile away. I ordered a small buffalo chkn pie, fried mushrooms & some chicken tenders. I called and asked for a refund bc my food was cold dry and nasty. Owner was rude and disrespectful . Couldn't compensate me or make my food over. Will not be ordering food from this unpleasant establishment again.
