Ms.Jo, was the sweetest, offering suggestions and even wrote down the drink she made for my daughter because she said it was the best drink she has gotten at Starbucks. She should be a training lead. Very professional!!
Good coffee, baristas are the reason for the 3 stars. They are lovely. However, the cashier must have swallowed a bunch of lemons before her shift because her friendliness was utterly absent. Then, we had already paid for 4 scones but then the cashier told there was only 2. *sad trombone noises*
We were offered to exchange this for something else but the atmosphere was rushed and flustered so we just accepted the shortchanged order. Not our fault they didn't tell...
