I went to chipotle because mine by house was out of power due to the thunderstorm yesterday evening and I was in line forever and employees did not greet me. It seems that most employees were worried about the online orders rather than the customers in front of their face. waiting 51 minutes and counting for a bowl and chips. online ordering at this places sucks and management need to do better.
Love the beef or chicken bowls with black beans and rice.
