I think Chipotle in general is going downhill in this area. I had high hopes that this one would be better. They had my order ready though, so that's a plus. I ordered two burrito bowls and as usual, there were missing ingredients. Overall, the food was just blah. The rice was still a little hard as well as the pinto beans. The food is always fresh and they’re not stingy with the portions. This location is always friendly clean and very hospitable. They set the tone for other locations. Unlike the north mall location in va beach the service and management is garbage like the food they serve… great job Hampton Chipotle !!!!
They’re so unprofessional here. They moved with no urgency to get my order out. It wasn’t busy because the card reader was down. But they didn’t jump in to help with the mobile orders. The worst part is once the mobile order was ready they didn’t call my name until several orders were pilled around it. I got my order before another gentleman who was there before me. Another young lady was dancing behind the counter and was happily shouting that “we are cash only”....read full review
