After ordering my food I checked my bag before I pulled away from the window and found that one of my items was missing. I asked about it and was told that they didn't ring it up. I went to look at the receipt and wasn't given one so I asked for my receipt and they refused to give it to me. This place is terrible, they mess my order up every single time without fail, employees are rude and not helpful whatsoever, floors and bathroom are filthy, have definitely seen workers without gloves and touch food without washing hands. I would advise anyone against eating at this location.

Everytime I go to this tacobell/KFC the customer service is terrible and the food is always below expectations so I stopped expecting good from this location. I live literally live 5 minutes away but I go out of my way to mercury blvd for better food and service. I decided to give this location another chance and ordered from the TB menu.. the drive thru person had an attitude, food was cold, nacho cheese was watery and the burrito wasn't filled properly.
