After ordering my food I checked my bag before I pulled away from the window and found that one of my items was missing. I asked about it and was told that they didn't ring it up. I went to look at the receipt and wasn't given one so I asked for my receipt and they refused to give it to me. I asked if I could order the item they left off and they said I would have to pull around and reorder the item because otherwise it would hold up other orders(there was one other person in line the place was not busy.) Staff was rude and unhelpful. I will not being getting food from the restaurant again

This place is terrible, they mess my order up every single time without fail, employees are rude and not helpful whatsoever, floors and bathroom are filthy, have definitely seen workers without gloves and touch food without washing hands. I would advise anyone against eating at this location.

Everytime I go to this tacobell/KFC the customer service is terrible and the food is always below expectations so I stopped expecting good from this location. I live literally live 5 minutes away but I go out of my way to mercury blvd for better food and service. I decided to give this location another chance and ordered from the TB menu.. the drive thru person had an attitude, food was cold, nacho cheese was watery and the burrito wasn't filled properly. The owner should really fire everyone and start from scratch with new employees. This place is the WORST EVERYTIME.

Was told to come in when I came through drive through. Cashier was very rude. Don't not go here. I left and went to e Pembroke location where quality of service was 100% better.

Now I understand why it’s 2.5 stars. The WORST customer service ever. I ordered a fries and asked for a sauce. Kimberly stated that it only comes with tenders and that I can not get any sauce and after that she slammed the window and walked away before I even finished talking. We waited and I guess she brought her manager. The manager had zero respect. We wanted to file a complaint and asked for her name as well as the employee’s. The manager refused to provide her name and only gave the employee’s name. We will be calling the corporate with a complaint. I would simply pay for the sauce, not big deal even though EVERY over location give it for free. But she started saying that every location can decide their own rules about charging for the sauce or not which I’m sure it’s not true since it’s a franchise. But my main issue was both, her and her manager’s attitude. Never again! Avoid this location!!!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce and cheese with a Baja blast. I got a cheese quesadilla with no extra anything and no chicken. The Baja blast was basically flavorless ice would not recommend this location

Worst Taco Bell ever. I've actually had a staff member tell me in the drive through that they were closing indefinitely, and when I saw people eating inside and asked what they were doing then, she ignored me and said they're closed and that she can't help me. They obviously were not closing. Ive been denied service multiple times. Went this morning and nobody is even in the store when they open at 10:30am. Don't waste your time going to this location, better to just drive to Mercury or anywhere else.

Really, only allowed 2 sauses per taco? What kind of rule is that. I asked for more and was give 2 more. Sorry, I like cause, so I went inside to get more. As the front cou ter person went to get me more sause, the dicer thru lady said "dont give that guy more sauce!" Despite me trying to offer to pay for sause, still got a "no, you dont need that much sauce." Who are you to tell me how much deliciousness I want on my burrito.

This place is complete and utter trash and solely because of the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed. The department of labor, codes and finance needs to make a stop in here as well. Will definitely be making a call to corporate as well, it needs to be shut down. Used to be a really nicely ran establishment years ago.

What you see online to order this place doesn't have. They also give attitude if you have questions about the menu. There is a reason this place has a low rating by most who come here. Don't waste your time here.
