Monique provided exceptional customer service to my son and I at the Taco Bell located on West Mercury boulevard in Hampton. She was very friendly and super accommodating regarding our order on a hot Saturday afternoon! She listened, was patient with our order, and provided Amazing service!! My son loved his pineapple passion fruit freeze! Super refreshing! I would highly recommend this Taco Bell! Thanks again!! We appreciate you! :)
I wanted to give a special shoutout to Ayanna for making my day with a Baja blast. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for one and when I got to the window she said “its on me today” little did she know that our vending machine at work took my money and didn’t give me my drink that I paid for twice. She made my day with something as simple as a drink and she was so so nice. Thank you Ayanna!!
I waited for them to cook my food but it was nit fully cooked, the cheese was not melted on my quesadilla, and the chalupa was dry amd falling apart.
