“This review is for the Little Caesar's at 2328 W Mercury Blvd C, Hampton, VA 23666. This is by far the worst pizza establishment in the Milky Way galaxy. Bar none. I've had plenty of terrible experiences here, but I'm a pretty patient person. That said, the experience I had this evening, July 6th, in the year of our Lord, 2022 was absolutely mind-boggling. I genuinely feel as though this restaurant has taken at least two or three years off the end of my life. I ordered the pizza on the app to skip the wait. The advertising for the app literally says use the app to skip the wait. So that's what I did. I received a notification at 5:27 p.m. that my pizza was ready and that I could pick it up. Get to the store and it's not ready. so I figure it's gonna be just a few more minutes. After a few minutes turned into 15 minutes, I got the attention of somebody behind the counter, and they told me my order wasn't ready yet but could not give a time as to when it would be ready. So I decided to wait a bit longer. During this time, I watched at least a half dozen customers walk in, order pizzas, and get them BEFORE I got my own. I also watched about a dozen other people who had ordered pizzas get frustrated because they have been waiting upwards of 30 minutes. After watching the dumpster fire burn for another several minutes, I just decided to leave and worry about a full refund later. As I got my car started, I received another notification that more order was ready. it was after 6pm at this point--over 30 minutes after I received the initial notification that my order was ready. So I go back into the store only to find out then I order is, in fact, still not ready. By this time, there are about a dozen people still waiting for their orders as well. So I left again. for real this time. I'll be contacting the store owner for a full refund plus free pizzas. Furthermore, I'll be contacting the corporate office with a complaint and suggesting that the performance of this restaurant be reviewed and that staffing changes be made immediately. Having worked in food service as a manager, I can easily identify at least 2 individuals that should be fired.“
