This review is for the Little Caesar's at 2328 W Mercury Blvd C, Hampton, VA 23666. This is by far the worst pizza establishment in the Milky Way galaxy. Bar none.
I've had plenty of terrible experiences here, but I'm a pretty patient person. That said, the experience I had this evening, July 6th, in the year of our Lord, 2022 was absolutely mind-boggling. I genuinely feel as though this restaurant has taken at least two or three years off the end of my life.

Little Caesars Pizza has a new manager, Joe, who is dedicated to providing great service. However, some customers have experienced long wait times for their orders, with one customer waiting 55 minutes due to internet issues. Another customer received the wrong food after waiting 15 minutes. Despite these issues, the pizza is described as delicious with a fluffy and chewy crust. The interior of the restaurant is clean and efficient, and the staff seems happy to be there. The crazy bread received mixed reviews, with some finding it too buttery and others praising it as perfect. Customers have noted that service can be inconsistent, with some experiencing long waits or poor service, but when the staff is attentive, the experience improves. The pizza remains highly regarded, and some customers prefer this location over others, especially when the staff provides good customer service and fresh food.
