Good tastes great but our order is always messed up and they forget items all the time. We try to see if it's in there and they say it is but when we finally get home to serve the food we find it missing. This happens everytime we go.

We ordered through post mates, spending around $140. When it arrived, all drinks except the lemonade where missing. Also, the part of my order with Louisiana rub were missing. 2 sets of fries were missing, as well as some of the condiments. Overall, we were very disappointed with the order. Will not be ordering from here again. Used to love ordering but now I won't.

I went into this restaurant to order wings and the person working in the back. The cook came out greeted a friend talked with them. Did a hand bump did not go back in the kitchen and washes. I canceled my order plus the customer service sucks.

I ordered 20 wings. 10 garlic Parmesan and 10 Tennessee hot (I think) both were dry rub..the garlic didn’t really have flavor and the seasoning wouldn’t stay on the chicken. The chicken was also cooked a tad bit too hard..like crispy hard..the female who serviced me was sweet and nice and tried fixing it to my liking. So that was great customer service. The price was over the top for the product that I received.

Wow, the service was amazing this morning. The staff was so kind and welcoming. I wish I knew their names so I can give them a personal shoutout. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in so long. They were eager to assist and help. Seems like they run a tight ship everyone was working in a calm manner. I went to this location once before and service was not the best but I know everyone has a bad day. I’m always down for giving second chances. Today we walked in and they were busy. I had three kids with me who can never make a decision on what they wanted. The worker let me know she would be right with me. That was perfect because it gave them time. She came to take our order and my oldest had walked off. She let me know to take our time and let her know when we were ready. She was so friendly and had personable. She interacted with us and chatted about the food and what the kids wanted. She had all the patience in the world for my indecisive crew. I didn’t order anything for myself this trip but the kids said the food was amazing. It’s Christmas Eve and I know these folks would much rather be off and spending time with their families but I am thankful they were open. We were on a three hour trip home and that is all the kids wanted on the way.
shoutout to whoever packed my order at like 3:30 pm on Dec 19th 2023. i ordered a large ranch & was blessed with this. you are amazing. you deserve a raise. seriously. every time i order a large ranch i just get a bunch (like 6) of the tiny containers of ranch. this is beautiful. exactly what i wanted, especially for like $4.50 for a large ranch. absolutely magnificent. my food was great too. y'all are fantastic. (i used quite a bit before this photo was taken too. it is VERY full.
