Soda machine stopped working mid meal, radio was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier, and something was leaking from behind the soda machine making the whole floor a slippery mess. Food tasted good once I pulled my wings out of the literal half inch of grease they were sitting in at the bottom of the box (and it was definitely grease, as I had a rub on my wings and not sauce).

Seriously, this location should be closed. You can order at various times BUT via online order only it seems don’t even trouble yourself walking in (I learnt the hard way) seeing they very rarely have a cashier no matter how many team members are behind the counter. That’s an inconvenience for someone who has cash I would think

I placed a to-go order, but when I arrived, it had already been taken by someone else. The manager was kind enough to offer a free drink and had my food remade fresh, so the food and service themselves weren’t the issue. The real concern was the restaurant’s cleanliness. The floor was sticky, the mat near the drink machine felt squishy when stepped on, and the drink machine wouldn’t switch selections or dispense ice.
