I have been to this restaurant a few times and it is always delicious with wonderful service. Today we went for lunch and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We had the Reuben sliders off the st. Paddy’s menu, and the corned beef was the best corned beef I have ever eaten. The entrees and dessert were phenomenal as well. The chef came out and talked with the guests a couple times, and it was evident that he is really excited about the food he is producing and is really enjoying what he is making. He was telling us about different items on upcoming menus and I can’t wait to try more of his dishes!

Attended their 4th grade educational presentation with my school and it was outstanding! I could not be more impressed! Bravo Hanover Tavern for putting so much effort into this on behalf of our students!

Hosted a celebration of life reception at Hanover Tavern following a graveside service nearby. Krissy was great to work with and plan the event. The historical venue was perfect for folks to enjoy themselves and not be trapped in one room. The team at Hanover Tavern were very attentive to our crowd and service was excellent. Food was terrific with many guests making positive comments. Highly recommend this venue for any form of celebration or gathering.

We had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Hanover Tavern and we are so happy with how everything turned out!For the rehearsal, we booked the pub and Taylor Rooms. The staff was so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We had our ceremony in the Coach House and paid for the flip package so that the Tavern's staff changed out the setup from ceremony to reception while our guests were inside the Tavern for cocktail hour. Their staff is so efficient and quick! We left instructions for how we wanted decorations and centerpieces to be set up, and their staff ensured that all was done to our liking. We were so pleased with how quickly and beautifully their staff set up the space for our reception.A big thing I liked about the Tavern was that we had the same staff at our tasting, rehearsal, and wedding. We enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated seeing friendly and familiar faces throughout all of our time spent at the Tavern. Krissy and Melanie were particularly great in helping us plan every detail and help execute our ideas! The Tavern had a ton of options when it came to linen colors, napkin colors, napkin folds, decor to borrow, hors d'oeuvres, dinner dishes, drinks, etc. It made it really easy on us - we customized everything to our liking, we didn't have to bring too many decorations, and didn't have much to break down at the end of the night.Overall, very pleased with our choice to get married at the Hanover Tavern! :)

First time there. Had lunch. Roasted brussels sprouts were outstanding. I had veggie wrap and husband had fried oysters and she-crab soup. He also enjoyed his meal. We will return.

Great food and service in a Historic setting. Above and beyond service from our Service Lady! Food was delicious and very fairly priced. Only glitch is it's a busy place and limited convenient parking.

Wonderfully warm staff, great food. Please go upstairs and visit the rest of the tavern when you are there. Very good curation on the history of the tavern and the locale. Restoration and furniture is A+. They have done a premier job at bringing the tavern to life.Parking: Dozens of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: There's so much for the kids to see, that they will be entertained for the maximum amount of their attention spans! Hey-- history and buildings only appeal to kids for so long! But they have done a great job. They are experienced because they run a lot of school groups through.Wheelchair accessibility: They've gone out of their way to be wheelchair accessible.

We used Hanover Tavern for a work event of about 75 people. They were kind, courteous, and extremely accommodating. The venue was set up beautifully before we arrived. Everyone loved the food! Will definitely be using this venue again!

Reserved a table and was Sat upstairs in a patio and not in the dining area. This was not communicated upon reserving. Food was bland. The steak was chewy and tasted cheap. Crab cakes had a lot of filler. Won't go back for food. Play was
