“I absolutely love this location. My family and I come in quite often and are always taken great care of. The food and service are so wonderful. Even when your pizza turns out improperly, they are so quick to fix it for you. Sometimes I sneak in there for my own solitude dates and I love it!I just have one huge disappointment... the Sriracha sausage was my go to pizza every time! When I found out it was no longer going to be a choice I was devastated!! I looked on the menu just now in hopes that it wasn't true.. to my dismay it was true! Even my husband who orders garlic mushroom adds the Sriracha sausage onto his pizza. I don't want any other pizza because I always enjoyed this one. Please, please, please bring back the Sriracha sausage.. I'll buy the package if need be!“

“Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location“

“Fortunato serves upscale Italian food in a pared down but trendy atmosphere. Yes, the semi/rustic style means diners either need to sit close together or shout to be heard. I was one of a weekday evening of a party of three all of whom love to try new food. Starting with the formaggi (cheese platter) to cannoli and semifreddo dessert, we were not disappointed. Each of us ordered a main dish. The vegetarian chose homemade pasta with a creamy cheese sauce; the meat eater, pork Milanese; and I, the roasted whole Branzino. I elelcted to trythis fish for comparison with similar dishes in a favorite Oriental restaurant. Fortunato’s Branzino preparation won hands down for me. The flesh was perfectly prepared - moist, tender, and almost falling off the bones. The side complimented the fish perfectly. I finished my cannoli accompanied by an espresso and a smile on my face.“

“Had an enjoyable evening out during a business dinner. Atmosphere was 5 star! Service was almost 5 star, however we did feel a bit rushed in getting our food order in before we were even served our cocktails. The food was very good and we will return on our next visit to Roanoke!“

“My wife and I found this amazing hidden gem on accident. We both agree this is a must visit location. We had the Reina Pepiada -Chicken Salad Arepa, Cobb Salad, La Cachetona Salad, Tequenos and garlic knots. When I tell you the food was absolutely delicious, the staff especially our server was the most amazing human being. The only regret we had was not catching his name.We will be back here for sure. “We were warned when by locals that the slices were huge. So we order a share slice for my husband and I and our two a adult children who were with us ordered one each. It was the perfect amount for all of us. The pizza was delicious. I love the pictures all over the wall. We have recommended it and will take friends to it when they are visiting the area for the first time.“

“Wings were delicious! Service was great, as well as the atmosphere! I did the build your own burger, and it was black on the underside. Very disappointing! My spicy pineapple Margarita had zero heat. Would have been better with jalapeño slices or something to add spice. The mule was wonderful.the chicken/pimento sandwich was delicious.“

“Giacomo makes one of the best pizzas in the Roanoke area. Tony Avelino on electric gives them a run for their money. Lol as it owned by the same people. There's a competition between who makes the better pizza. Both are spectacular. New York Pizza has been a staple and Roanoke for, at least 15 years. And I'm still waiting on the new seating area lol. “This was my first time here and we got a veggie chicago-style deep dish pizza - it was excellent. The sauce and crust especially were very delicious. “Passing through on a road trip, I stumbled across this place, and had one of. The. Best. Meals. Ever. My boyfriend got their steak salad and I got a breakfast special, but there were so many unique options on the menu, it was hard to choose! The food was excellent with beautiful presentation. Now Frank's Pizza is different - I really like the plain cheese pizza - crust was crispy, good quality mozzarella cheese - melted perfectly...just enough sauce.“

“This was a fun local spot to have dinner. Took my three kids there and they really enjoyed making their own pizzas. It's a fun little tavern type place. We happened to get there while there was an open table, but it def gets crowded and they do not take reservations.
