Server Amyna chose the tip in the tablet without my permission (30$) I spoke to 3 managers and all they did was take out the tip part but nothing else was done! Be careful with these types of employees that steal in your face and the managers that don’t care whether you come back or not! No “ What can I do to make your experience better”! Check your tabs people don’t get scammed!
Just stopped for quick lunch. Almost left. Hostess had NO communication skills. Actually, thought she came across rude but glad we stayed. Server was great. Didn’t get his name 😃
Had lunch at the Harrisonburg, VA location - only 1 server, 1 cook and a busier/hostess - BUT - they were fast and efficient! Good job folks - you hit it out of the park!
