Very disappointed. Cinnamon Bear got new management as of February 3rd 2026 and the drop in quality is EXTREMELY visible. The bagels used to be homemade and the eggs and bacon were made to order and pan fried. Bagels are now visibly out of bag from a large seller, the eggs are frozen egg rounds that you get McDonalds, and the bacon is microwave quality. Needless to say, Cinnamon Bear is no longer my go to spot in Harrisonburg, I will never be returning.
Paid 20 bucks for 2 really small burritos online the burritos showed were BIG. got halfway through and find a hair in my food it wasn’t good at all the only thing that was good was the avacado in the burrito.
The young lady at the register was much to be desired. It was as if she didn’t want to be there or for me to be there either. I had received a gift certificate and decided to get a coffee and cinnamon bun. This is my first and last visit! Was told that I either had to get 25 dollars worth of product or I would forfeit the rest of gift card. I order more things. Other businesses I have been to would subtract the amount from the total gift certificate and I could return another...read full review
