No chocolate chip cookies at 2:30PM. No cookies in the oven, 20 minute wait. The woman never got up from the desk. I didn’t wait. She didn’t get up. Still no cookies in the oven.

I placed an order for delivery yesterday in the delivery notes I put “take to front desk” because I work in a medical office. I received an email with my tracking info…fast forward 1hr 30 min and the tracking hasn’t left the store yet so I call the store. Was told they can’t step inside any medical offices so basically my order was never going to come and there was nothing on the site about this “protocol” so I said to cancel my order and the guy was rude about that...read full review
