The pretzels were perfect. The fries were delicious. The reuben was delicious. But for the fish, that was fried way too long, it would have been a lovely experience. The fish was so crispy, the breading shattered and the fish seemed to have shrunk inside the battered shell. It was dark and disappointing for the haddock this day. It's demise shall be long remembered for the burnt taste upon the first bite. The atmosphere was kind of cool tho 😎
I have been going to Macado’s for years now and have never felt a need to comment. This weekend, I ordered a 20 piece of their wings. I didn’t expect anything too crazy, they’re Macado’s wings.
When I tell you these were the best wings I’ve ever had, it is not an understatement. They were juicy. Full of meat. Cooked all the way through. Perfectly sauced.

Recently we had lunch at Macado's with one of the best insurance professionals in the Harrisonburg area--John McMillen. John loves Macado's as well.
