McDonald's in Harrisonburg

“my husband and i have been to tons of McDonald's throughout our traveling, travels ...we love your coffee, drink it in our Keurig daily. so good. well out a doubt this location is the best. the employees are always friendly, kind and helpful. the coffee is spot on, delicious! we love 8 cream, 8 sugar. they do it perfectly, no clue why others (locations) can not. and true me we get some rude McDonald's employees at other locations. had a fight with a lady at a New York drive thru, still can believe how rude she was. i get it, you had a bad day but treating customer not kind is never okay. if you can not make a cup of coffee the way a customer enjoys, give them packets of sugar and cream. we love a straw with our coffee. iced coffee from this location is great. so good. they get you through the line (drive thru) are great, quick so kind. fries are tasty and hot. kind with the sauces. never been inside only through the drive thru. so kind. totally would recommend to all who are looking for some (well it is not cheap, when we were kids in the early 80's it was cheap, my hubby even worked at a McDonald's in Chesapeake, VA) going the extra mile, showing a smile, always make customers feel great. thank you. you all are AWESOME!!!“

“This is the cleanest, best staffed, friendliest McDonald's with the freshest, best presented, and tastiest food I have been to. We went as a group of 4 and we all agree. The floors were spotless, and neither greasy nor sticky. 8 thumbs up from 4 diners.“

Parking: Easy location to access from either road next to it and there is plenty of parking spaces“

“The food was good, and the service was slow. Tables, floors, and drinking areas need better attended. Also, the employee was eating in the food cooking area. I like this McDonald's, so I'm hoping my observations will be attended to. Thank you😊“
