Starting with the obvious, you order at the counter, they give you plastic forks, you bus your own table, and there's no ambience whatsoever. So why rate it five stars? The food rocks! This is the kind of Mexican food I ate in SoCal and Tijuana. The carnitas were excellent-- always my first test because so few restaurants do them well.
