Panera Bread in Harrisonburg

“This location is on JMU's campus, often full. I hit it perfectly today. Ordered on the app. Food was ready for pick up at stated time. Found a comfy spot to sit because it was not as crowded as I've seen it typically. This was a wonderful experience with hearty and hot soup despite it was a pick up from the app. I don't know what was the magic, but I ordered at 10:30a as the transion to lunch occurred and was there within 13 minutes. I later ordered a soda because I didn't plan to stay. Thanks to the crew for their fast service - fast and efficient!“

“I had a limited interaction because I got my food to go, but I did observe that the general manager was pitching in to help the employees get the orders out and he was encouraging them as they worked. He was friendly and positive to customers. He even walked my food out to me.“
