The food is good, but they never, ever get my order right. How hard is it to not put mayo on something?

Their 3 for$5 special was not good, it was over cooked andtasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour or more! I had to ask for hot fries because the ones they gave me were cold, and I waited for 10-15 min for the hot ones.
