This place was awful. The service was the worst part about it. No one communicated and no one was friendly. The atmosphere was set up to be a nice place but the staff made it very unwelcoming and then got my order wrong despite me saying 7 times boneless not bone in. They really need to improve their customer service etiquette. Not one person was friendly. Then the drink my son ordered was literally warm. Food was mediocre at best.

Total lack of organization. There is no one assuring order accuracy nor timely expediting of food. By the time I got home my food was cold. The bag ripped while holding it. I never go to Popeyes and now I remember why. There wasn’t even that much of a rush. I’ve worked multiple years in food service and fast food.

Stopped on a road trip last night and had some of the best Popeyes I’ve ever had, super hot and fresh, crispy chicken that tasted amazing. The employees seemed super locked in, they were fast and efficient.

We would appreciate it if you changed the receipt printers, nothing comes out, it is horrible

My husband just picked up our food order April 11, 2026 from the drive-through. We kept it simple and ordered three lemon pepper shrimp boxes and a two piece chicken dinner, got home which is 20 minutes away and all three shrimp dinners were plain shrimp. employees really need to pay attention to the orders. This is not the first time they have gotten it wrong. I’m going to call the location and speak with the manager. There should be some kind of compensation.

Popeye's food is pretty good however their staff needs a makeover. I ordered a la carte chicken with biscuits I would have got 20 biscuits so I asked for less they gave me two when I called about it the lady just argued with me non-stop All is I wanted was maybe six more biscuits they were argumentative made me decide not to ever go back unfortunately🫤
