Excellent Beef brisket sandwich and slaw!
This BBQ is amazing! So far I’ve tried their chicken, pulled pork, and brisket and each one was outstanding. Harrisonburg is definitely lacking in the BBQ area, but this place more than makes up for it. Make Up N Smoke a part of your weekly farmers market routine!
Excellent food and excellent customer care-from requesting my order to the last bite they went above and beyond to provide the best experience and food. Hands down the best collard greens I've had from anywhere in the States!
