I love everything about La Morena & eat here regularly. My go to dishes are either the burrito supreme or an array of tacos, sopes, gorditas, and pupusas. I’ve never had a bad dish from here. Since the pandemic I’ve been doing a lot of take out from La Morena and it’s always easy, but I also love to eat there from time-to-time. I promise the negative reviews you see here are from white people who are used to getting Mexican food from Taco Bell or some other chain restaurant. If you want authentic Pupusas like you get in Salvador, then come here. If you want to eat Mexican food...that Mexicans eat and enjoy...then come here. This is not gringo style...this is real. I am so glad I found this place! Agua frescas are fantastic and the food is full of flavor. The nachos are my favorite! Thank you for being one of the only stores in town to carry Topo Chico...my fav!!
