“Ambience, quality of food and hospitality are awesome. Only complain I have about the portions of servings especially appetizers. For example, Chicken Sequawa, excellent item and the appetizers called “shareable appetizers “ and the price of that is $16.99 and it came with 6 small pieces of grill chicken. No doubt about the teste. I was expecting at least fill up the box you are delivering with. It’s half filled. I called restaurant and suggested to change the box size or fill up at least so that I don’t fill the box is half empty.”

“We ordered on the app for dine in for breakfast today. Our drinks came quickly, but our food took longer than usual to come out and we had multiple people to include the manager Eric come over to apologize for the delay. And then he came over to comp our meal and apologized for the delay. He also gave us an extra chicken mini since breakfast had just ended. Eric went above and beyond for his customers and I have never had a bad experience at that chick fil a. It was very sweet and kind to do that, but he did not have to. Very highly recommended.”

“My family and I have dined here on a few occasions because of the great atmosphere and quality of food, but were recently blown away by the hospitality & kindness shown using this venue for my sister’s surprise engagement.

From the courteousness and generosity of the owner, Sal, prior to the event to the excellent customer service and attentiveness shown for our large party by the manager & wait staff, this restaurant has customers in us for a lifetime! It was so refreshing to see how much they prioritized making sure we had a fantastic experience.

“This is my husband and I’s favorite walkable date spot! The cupcakes are AMAZING, the coffee is great, and the employees are so friendly and welcoming. “Don’t get the razzle-dazzle large do to them putting in a small cup. Some time you may get the right size cup do to that you have two different prices one for small and one for large. Very up setting when you know what size cup you are supposed to get and know the difference. Especially when you go there all the time and you’re a regular customer and you spend over $30 or more in your ice cream products. Bad business to cheat your customers. There is know Excuse for this. I have been waiting days now to talk with the manager but they seem not will to talk about any problems you may have. That’s even so sad. I will not be going there no more .”

Service was five star and the store/facilities were clean. “This is the sports bar we've been waiting for in Haymarket. The service is amazing, the wings and food are great and they seem to have added a lot more flavors. The beer is ice cold and the atmosphere is everything you could want in a local sports bar. They even had the Battlefield football game on the first night we were here. This place gets it and is doing everything right.”
