This location has the rudest management I’ve ever had to interact with. I had a confirmed online order (confirmed via the auntie Anna’s app, email, and my banking app) yet they claimed my order was not in the system. I spent upwards of 15 minutes asking how this situation could be solved. At that point, I no longer wanted the pretzels just wanted to know how I could get my money back. Once again management was rude and unhelpful telling me it was my fault the order was not showing up in their system instead of the fact that their system was faulty. Terrible customer service I will never be going back there.

The staff at this location re very nice and accommodating.However, the 2 times I have gotten pretzels from here, the bottoms are burnt and today when I stopped by, the pretzel I had was so hard and tough. It had clearly been sitting for some time and was not fresh at all.If they could keep the pretzels fresh and not burn them, this would be a great location for Auntie Anne's.
