Shrimp pad thai did not taste like it had in the past. Shrimp were good. Noodles, not so much. Chicken satay was a bit dry. They used to be on skewers and now they are not. Peanut sauce was good.

Normally a good experience, but tonight there's one staff member working, but also talking on the phone nonstop, ignoring all incoming calls and anyone at the front counter. Had to advise everyone who came in to call the restraunt nonstop until she answered and asked her to help them at the register like I had to, and wait ~15 minutes for the order I tried to place before arriving. She wasn't concerned about the experience. Hoping this is just a one-off.

I had high hopes for Busaya Thai in Haymarket, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. From the moment the food arrived, it was clear something was off—everything was cold. The Tom Yum soup, which should have been steaming hot, was actually cool. It completely lacked the comforting warmth and depth of flavor you’d expect.

The main entrees were nothing special, bordering on bland, and certainly not worth the price. As for their so-called “Thai wings,” they’re just basic fried chicken with a dipping sauce—nothing remotely unique or exciting.

To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold, feeling like it was set to 67 degrees. The service was also unremarkable—neither friendly nor attentive enough to make up for the disappointing food.

All in all, this was a poor dining experience. With so many great Thai restaurants around, I won’t be returning to this one.

I ordered sticky mango rice and was given a clump of regular white rice that was not sticky but rather not cooked all the way, and incorrect type of rice.Based on the establishment reviews there was an expecation of average taste. This establishment will not be tried again especially with so many Thai options in nova

I wanted to love this place since it is close to me but it was underwhelming. The staff were disinterested in interacting. The food came out fast. It was okay but neither of us felt the food was a stand out by any means. The atmosphere was sparse and the restaurant was pretty chilly. I may try it again but I don't think I can recommend.

We have visited this place several times and have never been disappointed. The decor is warm and just a tad upscale in that busy-but-classy Thai way. Service has been great each time with an attentive but not intrusive wait staff.
The menu has a lot of variety, but not overwhelmingly so. Prices are fair to moderate. Value is great! Let's get on to the good stuff!
We're big fans of Pad Thai. This is some of the best we've had. We find it comparable to the dish at Faang in Warrenton. Great, not soggy or overcooked, noodles, fresh tasting vegetables, tender chicken, delicately seasoned sauce, it's all there! We also shared a fried chicken and broccoli dish that was just as delectible. Having sampled the menu a few times now, we are convinced you could pick just about anything and be able to throughly enjoy your meal.
We visited early in the afternoon, well after lunch, and were able to order only from the dinner menu. Our meal was under $45 including a generous tip, and included sodas and a small dessert.
Parking is easy. The place is spotless. We'll be back!

An utterly sad order for pickup - totally cold, no utensils, pathetic old stuck together drunken noodles and sugary sweet Tom Ka. And awful attitude on phone.
