Worst carry-out order experience of my life. Ordered 2 hours in advance. Arrived at the pick up time to a long line with no one's orders ready, mass confusion over orders, and people yelling at each other in the kitchen. Waited over an hour past my pick up time. They blamed it on Menufy who runs their website. I don't care - I will NEVER order from them again. There are too many organized and good restaurants for this level of dysfunction.

This is the worst Chinese food I ve ever had! I ordered crispy chicken and what they gave me doesn't look nor taste like chicken! They cover whatever meat it is with lots of soy sauce ,onions and peppers like they are trying to hide something. The rice is aight but I am from NY! I ve had way better Chinese than that. Don't get fooled by the fancy name and decent interior. Their competitors are better than them.

Inconsistent because it tasted good yesterday and today it tasted terrible. They forget stuff and gave me the wrong stuff twice on my first order and on the second time that I ordered from here. I asked for duck sauce and it is on my receipt that I requested only duck sauce but ireceived chinese mustard and soy sauce but not even one duck sauce packet was provided. When I brought it to there attention about the items they delivered that were wrong such as the wrong type of dumplings they didn't say ok here is how we will make right for you. I have this place two chances. I will not give them a third chance and I recommend that you dont order from here either. Order at your own risk. I agree with another reviewer that the staff is very rude.

I go here for lunch often and the lady didn't give me changeand said she wanted to keep it as a tip. Really unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone coming here.

Good food but the staff is very rude. I waited 20 minutes just for someone to greet me and another 30 minute for the food to get ready. When i asked if my food is ready, the lady says with a very bad attitude "i only have two hands just wait more" and how exactly is that the customers fault? Very bad customer service.

Horrible!!!! Do not order from this restaurant.. they gave me the wrong order- the menu clearly had a choice of light garlic sauce or brown sauce.. I chose light garlic.. when I got the order it came with a heavy spicy brown sauce so I called to let them know and ask them to correct it. The lady who answered was so rude!!! Kept me on hold for 7 minutes while she took other calls then told me there is no such thing as light garlic sauce! So rude!!!! I will Never order from them again.
