The sandwiches at this establishment are good, but the service is just great. All the staff have an incredible amount of energy and are welcoming and helpful at all times and to all requests. This one employee Maylin has incredible customer service skills and has consistently done a great job being timely and efficient. I will definitely be continuing to go here and I highly suggest others do as well.

I love the food but whoever is making it at this location never gets it right. I ordered a chipotle cheese steak and received the bread and mayonnaise only.. They have yet to get my order correct so I will not be ordering from here again

This jersey mikes is actual trash. They fired all their good employees and now all their subs suck. The workers are focused on only talking to each other and not making a welcoming environment or engaging with their customers when the old workers would go above and beyond to do so. The management is not doing a good job at all and they do not care at all about training their employees, they just care about firing actual good workers so they can pay the new ones less.

Today, I visited this Jersey Mike’s location to grab a meal, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My order was completely incorrect, and the staff members were rude and unprofessional, focusing on their conversations with each other rather than assisting customers. As a loyal customer of two years, it saddens me to say that I won’t be returning to this location, despite its convenience. I hope this feedback helps management take steps to better train their employees and improve the overall customer experience.

Their quality is consistently top notch and while I have some favorite places like Santinis and The Italian Store, Jersey Mike's, being so convenient, is so good, I hardly ever go to these other places for my favorite food items-SUBS!

I first tried this business at the beach it was awesome but after trying it again once in Gainesville then Haymarket several times chasing that yum. We haven't experienced it yet. We are beginning to think that it was so good because we were sitting in our beach chairs.
As far as the cleanliness? Haymarket is always clean the one time I tried the Gainesville location if the health department walked in that day it would have been shut down. It was absolutely gross.
The ones we have tried over and over here ugh always soggy. Very meager meat and mine always had hard gristle and old lettuce. I finally got tired of dismantling my subs to fix it.
The staff no so friendly not rude they just act like fixtures I can only imagine they are not to thrilled with their job choice.
Always be proud of your job. If you hate where you work move along like the rest of us. Try and not take your frustrations on us.

So the first two selections I was told they didn't have all of the ingredients. Then the order for the big kahuna was wrong we asked for extra onions and no jalapenos. We got jalapenos and could not find onions on the sandwich. Three young men were working and in between orders they would go to the back and they were eating. We won't go back to this particular Jersey Mike's.
Came at 8:30. Ordered and the subs were made by 8:57. Then they told us to leave because they close at 9pm. Used to go to Jersey Mikes with my family all the time. Will Never go Again. How Unprofessional. These kids want to go home, but just costed you a very loyal customer. We’ll go somewhere we’re welcome.

Used to Jersey Mikes being clean but when I walked in it wasn’t busy but trash and debris all over the floor, the counters, the dining tables. The counter where the subs are made and the floor was just littered with scraps and food all over the place. The trash can was overflowing. A mom came in with her son and cleaned the table hersellf as it was totally littered.
