ordered pizza recently and got stuffed crust and i just got thin crust, i payed more for stuffed crust and i kept calling them and they never pick up their phone. how rude and disrespectful.

My family is vegetarian and wanted to try little caesar’s for the first time. We ordered a veggie pizza and went to pick it up an hour later. Only to find out when we got the pizza and opened it in the car it had pepperoni on it.Vegetarian options: very poor service

The foods great (the one in haymarket has the pretzel crust ) ... unfortunately, that's the ONLY thing nice I can say. I've typed and deleted this post 3 different times bc I had hoped maybe once or twice mistakes happen. But no, 3 separate times (Ceasers check my account n you'll see how often I eat from HERE) and EVERY TIME, the WORKERS ARE TRASH!!!! They LITERALLY hide in the back , peeping out to see who's in lobby and the only time they've come forward is if a "pretty girl" walks in... I get it, good help is hard to find these days but COME ON NOW LITTLE

Employees really should know what zap packs are guys. Why don't any of your Employees in Northern Virginia know? It's pretty annoying. Pizza that was hot and ready was clearly ancient. Disgusting. Hopefully I'll actually get my refund because I don't know when I'll get a chance to get back if I don't. Hopefully I'll never have to come back to this location. This one is pretty terrible tbh

I’m not sure how anyone working in a restaurant would feel comfortable serving customers something like this. Please tell me what this is because this isn’t a cheese pizza! This was one of three pizzas I ordered along with crazy bread. The deep dish was edible. I certainly got my money back but the customer service was nonexistent…the person at the register was apathetic about it as if this is an often occurrence.

Deceptive employee holding lunch combo that I was ordering takes my payment, places the meal in a locked cabinet and tells me 10 minutes for what I just ordered. The meal in the locker sat there during my entire wait. I WON'T BD BACK.

I have been going here since 2015 and the new owners take great care of it. The pizza is better and the pizza quality has been better since. When I called the person who answered the phone was polite and careful to taking my order. The service is great and paired with the pizza quality toy makes the store’s atmosphere better. Overall great store will continue going.

Service was very fast and great, and the pizza was great as well. Prices might have raised but it’s still a lot cheaper than any other pizza store. For a relatively busy store I received my pizza fast, and the workers are very nice.
