Not very personable. You order on a kiosk and they bring your food to you. No condiments are available by the tables and not listed on the kiosk. Any time you want jelly or ketchup, you have to go to the small counter. The latte was not as good as it used to be. My husband said his hotcakes were cold.Parking: Handicap parking. Need someone to hold the door open.
I want to preface this review by stating that I come here regularly. This morning I placed an order via the kiosk, but the card or pay at counter kiosk.I went up to the counter to pay because I only have quarters. The manager proceeded to walk me over to the kiosk and then (while yelling at me the whole time) treated me like I am stupid and helpless. I learned from my mistake, but will no longer be coming back.

The employee are good but the problem is not enough staffing and can’t handle all the customers. I have to wait for 20 min to get my food. If they are short handed they need to close the dining room and only take drive-through.
