Ex Chef here, and especially a seafood lover. I really appreciated the menu, suprised to see hamachi kama, one of my favorite. We both had oysters, and wife had lobster Roll and I had crabcake sandwich. Everything was excellent, crabcake was the best I have ever had. Even french fries were top notch. Kitchen executed everything flawlessly, thank you Chef Sean we will be back.
Had never heard of this spot. Wife suggested it bc she knows I like oysters. Tried the chef's oysters, crab cake sandwich, fish and chips, and boom boom shrimp. It was all great. Fish was super crispy and well seasoned, and my wife commented how little filler was in the crab cake. Just lump meat on a soft bun. Oysters were fantastic. No part of the plates felt overlooked. Will be back.
Their AC sucks but they make up for it with the best draft list in Haymarket (aside from Great Mane), and the absolute best popcorn shrimp batter in the world. Perfectly seasoned and with nice lingering heat. I recommend the Grenache and the appetizer basket of shrimp and fries as a great way to spend the afternoon. Kudos to the staff for managing everything.
