We visited Parrando's Saturday night around 7 and ate outside. We were only one of three tables! I had the Casamigos margaritas which was awesome. Chips (thin and crispy!) and pico de gallo were great too. We ordered the Carnitas tacos and cheese and chicken enchiladas. Both came with yellow rice and refried beans. All was delicious. After a friend raved about the passion fruit margaritas, I decided to treat myself to a solo lunch here today. My choice was absolutely right! Alex, my attentive and pleasant server, made the experience even better. The food was simply magnificent, and the large passion fruit margarita was a delightful blend of flavors with just the right amount of liquor. Me and my wife had dinner at Parrando's and had a lovely time. We tried the enchiladas and it was delicious. The service was amazing, our waitress Marytere was super nice and made us feel welcomed. We are defintely going back.
