I went there last week, and it was rather busy. Richard helped me, and he was really kind, sweet and really made sure everything was right for my experience. He was the only one upfront because the other staff were busy, but he made my order rapidly with good quality. I would go there again, but maybe not rush hour since I couldn't get the assistant manager's attention when I had a question about being hired here since it was too busy.

Best experience yet in a Popeyes. Employee Ricardo was top notch and got us a big order in good time. We often use our app but scanning our app at the counter and having a good employee made the difference. Other locations have often dropped to the ball on quality and wait times, not today and not at the Haymarket location. Kudo's Popeyes and Ricardo.

My husband and I have visited here on several occasions with a couple of them being close to closing time. One time about 30 minutes before closing, and another about 45 minutes. While the lady was nice, both times we were told they were out of everything we wanted and wouldn't be cooking anything else. They listed off what they had left, and we were just hungry enough to take some of what they had. Regardless of not being willing to cook us food, what we did get was pretty bad. We've decided that this Popeye's just doesn't care about selling it's food, or making it any good. We won't be going back to this one.
I went to Popeyes asking for an ice water and drive-through and they didn’t wanna serve me when I was having an allergic reaction from eating pineapples and I kept asking them for water and she kept saying that they didn’t have water then I went again and they said they didn’t sell forks when I ordered mashed potatoes. How do you not sell a fork or have a fork when you sell mashed potatoes?

I tried to order 10 pieces chicken tenders and window poster shows special for $16,99 but they said it is only for chicken. I double check the poster it said chicken or tenders. But they said they can’t give to me for $16.99 They keep on said either chicken or wings.

Make sure to double-check your order before leaving regardless how big the order is lay it on the table if you must. I was given missing items, and when I went back to address it, the hispanic and middle eastern ladies at the counter denied any mistake and implied that I am lying. Terrible customer service! Not only wasted my time and gas to get the missing items, I got accused of lying over chicken and sauces. Your customers deserve more than that! A little more accountability would go a long way toward improving the customer experience
