So I ordered a 12-pc family meal, n asked th manager "Orandae" if I could swap a couple of pieces. He responded negatively in the most impolite, rude n obnoxious manner ever!!!??? He could've simply said NO. This is the first time I have seen a manager with such an unprofessional attitude.

The staff is very immature. They were playing on the intercom and laughing while taking my order. I have ate her before and they got my order wrong but was willing to give them another chance. Today was the final straw. It's several other restaurants nearby that provide better service and food.

Place is clean since opened less than a year ago. Customer service is hit or miss. I can ignore all of the downsides as long as the food is good. I have ordered twice and the food has been some of the worse fried chicken I have ate. At first I didn't say anything since it was a new location but months later it has only gotten worse. Avoid eating here unless you want overfried dry meat. Just eat at the chick-fil-a or mcdonalds.

I do drive-thru and never go inside fast food restaurants. So I was surprised when I went into the Haymarket Popeyes . Modern farmhouse decorated and had HUGE windows to look out at the passerby’s in Haymarket while eating. It was a nice, unexpected break to sit in the cool AC and relax and refill my soda while eating. The chix was crispier and larger than KFC or CFA. The red beans and rice are a nice change from the typical French fries side. This is fast food, so I’m not implying that it’s Claire’s at the Depot but, hey, it was a surprisingly nice stop off on way home from work. ?
