We went to smoothie king in haymarket They are over working there worker the building was so busy and they had one girl working all by her self. I felt so bad for her she had like 20 orders to fill with a line of people still.

I came in right at closing time, and the staff member working the register was still willing to make a few smoothies for me! SO KIND! Not to mention, it was the best SK smoothie I’ve ever had (genuinely).

We were greeted with "Hello's"!! My family of five was helped by two very cool people, both very helpful with the ingredients and options for substitutions. Service was five star and the store/facilities were clean. The two that helped us tonight really set the bar high for how to run a store--Smoothie King is really lucky to have such reliable, personable people.

I’ve always come to this Smoothie King because of the service. Never again. As soon as I came in the lady (A) went to the back. I was standing at the counter for about 1-2 minutes, but if you know smoothie king they come out as soon as someone enters! Someone else came into the store and the bell rang. Then lady (A) comes out and looks surprised to see me standing at the counter while the man walks up behind me, like she had no idea I was there. I then placed my order. I go to wait for my order at the pick up counter. There is now 3 people in line and I’m thinking there is only one person working. Then another lady (B) comes out from the back to help make the orders. All the people in line place their order and Lady A and B start making them. Lady A is checking the blenders for the types of smoothies. Grabs the tag with the size and what kind of smoothie then throws it in the trash. Then stands there smacks her head and looks in the trash three times then reaches in to grab the tag to see the size needed for the smoothie that was chilling on the counter in the blender. Then “washes” her hand, all she did was turn water on and put her hand under it then turned it off in less than 5 seconds. Then goes to the grab the right cup and starts filling it. How unsanitary!!!! This was horrible service from the moment I entered to when I left. Not to mention this service was about 15-20 minutes when it normally takes them 10.
