I’ve always come to this Smoothie King because of the service. Never again. As soon as I came in the lady (A) went to the back. I was standing at the counter for about 1-2 minutes, but if you know smoothie king they come out as soon as someone enters! Someone else came into the store and the bell rang. Then lady (A) comes out and looks surprised to see me standing at the counter while the man walks up behind me, like she had no idea I was there. I then placed my order. I go to wait for my order at the pick up counter. There is now 3 people in line and I’m thinking there is only one person working. Then another lady (B) comes out from the back to help make the orders. All the people in line place their order and Lady A and B start making them. Lady A is checking the blenders for the types of smoothies. Grabs the tag with the size and what kind of smoothie then throws it in the trash. Then stands there smacks her head and looks in the trash three times then reaches in to grab the tag to see the size needed for the smoothie that was chilling on the counter in the blender. Then “washes” her hand, all she did was turn water on and put her hand under it then turned it off in less than 5 seconds. Then goes to the grab the right cup and starts filling it. How unsanitary!!!! This was horrible service from the moment I entered to when I left. Not to mention this service was about 15-20 minutes when it normally takes them 10.

Smoothie King is a 5-star business. No issues with the business, love their mission. I don't want to drag down the rating with a 1-star review. But unfortunately, I just left our visit feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. SK has different signs up that basically say "If you're not happy with your smoothie, we'll make you another one". I gave several hints to the kids working there that I didn't care for my drink and they just gave me a deer in headlights "sorry" look. Also I ordered a 20oz and they charged me for and made me some monstrosity drink. I brought that up and instead I got the deer in headlights "sorry" look again. I wasn't about to demand they adjust my price. Finally...some training advice for the young staff...the first thing I said was "oh wow, I don't come here much, I have no idea what to get"...that's an invitation for the staff to say something like "let me help you pick something...what flavors do you normally like in a smoothie, etc..??" but instead i got the deer in headlights. Anyway, I just left my smoothie on the front counter for them and walked out. And I'm sure the two staff people working there have absolutely no idea how dumb and uncomfortable they made me feel. And customers generally don't return to a place where they'd been made to feel that way.

I so wish I could bring this location closer to Win., VA. This is an awesome location. The staff is great and always welcoming. The ingredients are always fresh and the smoothies are made just as requested. I take a 40 min drive one way as often as I can and load up on smoothies. Especially on $5 Fridays. Friday’s are the best at Smoothie King.

Went a little out of my way to visit the Haymarket location yesterday and had an awesome experience. I had been a loyal Tropical Smoothie customer for years but I decided to give Smoothie King a try for the first time. I got the Strawberry Kiwi smoothie and it was FANTASTIC, and honestly was better than my usual at TS. The service was quick, staff was very attentive and friendly. I will be coming back! Highly recommend

Ordered a 40oz wildberry banana activator. It was really really good. There was extra and the lady poured me an extra cup so I could have the leftovers. Will definitely come back for healthy and delicious smoothie.

This location was great until It was not anymore. I drove from Leesburg and forgot my wallet at home. I usually pay with my app and for what ever reason app was not working either. I asked if they can manually enter my card. Answer was no. I drove 25 minutes with my kids..
