This Starbucks is ridiculous when it comes to mobile orders. Every single time, the pickup orders get pushed to the back of the line while walk-ins get served first. My order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but it took 30 — and that’s not a one-time thing, it happens constantly. What’s the point of mobile ordering if you’re just going to make us wait even longer? Totally defeats the purpose. Either fix the system or stop advertising mobile orders as “convenient,” because they definitely aren’t at this location.

This was my very first time at Starbucks. I am a Dunkin girl so I ordered a plain coffee with sugar and cream. It was hot, freshly brewed and so delicious!. I also had a brownie, warmed and melted chocolate. OMGosh crazy good! We sit outside and enjoyed the lovely sunshine and cool breezes.

my dad asks for kid temperature on his latte every visit and just never receives it. my friend had a mess up today too when her matcha clearly says blended on the label of her drink and the drink is just not blended??

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. And I’ve gone to many. The staff (Hiromi, Bethany, Colton, Chase, and Satara) are amazing, always greeting you like in “Cheers” and remembering not only your name but what you order. Now that’s customer service. Great job SB Haymarket team.
The espresso drinks are kind of flat tasting in terms of flavor depth, and sometimes burnt tasting. But service is great and they are always friendly.

After getting my oil changed at Valvoline in Haymarket, I stopped by this Starbucks for a coffee, and I’m so glad I did. The cashier, Satara, truly made my morning. She was kind, welcoming, and had such a positive energy. Honestly, the whole team seemed friendly and upbeat. I don’t know if the manager here trains staff differently, but this location definitely stands out compared to other Starbucks I’ve visited. Thank you, Satara, for starting my day on such a good note!
